PROFILE

I am a trainer and support technician with 20 years of experience teaching and giving hands-on assistance to clients in a variety of fields including: Microsoft Windows and Office, Google platforms, Wix web design, home computer hardware, software and network support. I explain information methodically and respectfully and grasp new technologies quickly.

I am well-known for my patience and professionalism. I am well organised, have an eye for detail, excellent writing, editing and formatting skills and am committed to producing outstanding results. I have a strong work ethic, show initiative, maintain focus under pressure and have a good sense of humour. I work well independently and with a team and am known to be friendly, helpful and thorough. I speak English and Hebrew fluently.

I grew up in South Africa and came to Israel when I was 18. I studied in Yeshivat Har Etzion, volunteered to the army as a lone soldier, served in Givati and qualified as a rabbi. I served as a community rabbi in Jerusalem for two years before going to Canada as a Bnei Akiva Shaliach for 2 years. I now live in Yad Binyamin, have a wonderful wife and 5 amazing kids. My hobbies are Aikido and playing piano.
